Welcome to the Summer Program at The Norwegian Opera House!
We are back by popular demand! We are thrilled to move in to the Norwegian Opera & Ballet for an entire month this summer.
From July 2nd to August 2nd, six days a week, you have the chance to experience some of JSK’s most beloved works!
This year, we are proud to present a condensed version of “A Dance Tribute to the Art of Football”. Our signature piece returns to the stage following an extensive world tour that has taken us from Italy to Mexico, along with countless sold-out shows across Norway. While the Norwegian team is aiming for gold in the World Championship, come feel the spirit and essence of football with this humorous, athletic tribute to the sport.
We also bring you Made in Oslo, a series originally created for the Oslo Dance Ensemble. This summer, we have the pleasure of presenting two standout pieces: the nostalgic, deep and melancholic Gone and the high-energy A Dance Tribute to the Art of Ping Pong that will leave you with a smile on your face.

Join us “behind the scenes!” This summer, all performances take place in the slightly more mysterious Prøvesalen. Follow the signs and the digital guidance from our dancers—sneak around the corner to the seaside of the opera house and in through the back entrance to find us! Bring your friends and family to explore the JSK universe at a special summer discount!
