THERE in Trondheim

Next week JSK will finally visit Trondheim again, with the successful revival of THERE. We are really looking forward to a four-day run at Trøndelag Teater!

Last autumn, 13 years after THERE’s original premiere, the company set out on yet another quest to pinpoint human insecurity, with a new cast of actors and dancers. Jørn-Bjørn Fuller-Gee, Ivar Örn Sverrisson and Mikkel Are Olsenlund joined Jan Ivar Lund from the original cast in a successful revival of this JSK classic. From 14th to 17th April they can bee seen at Gamle Scene at Trøndelag Teater.

THERE is by far the most requested performance the company has ever made and more than 100 shows around the world proved that the theme was relevant to all regions and cultures. The issue of existential doubt is and always will be universal. It was also the turning point where the company started to focus more on actors than on dancers, as well as initiating the company’s nonsensical language trademark.
