Survival of the fittest
After more than 80 performances over the past 3 years, to audience cheers and critics’ acclamation, we can definitely say that Origin of Species has “survived the fittest” and been a great success. The final performances this season take place this week at Mungo Park in Allerød, Denmark.
“A sparklingly funny crazy show (…), confronts us with the similarities between communism and life in an anthill, and reminds us that science without religion can be just as dangerous as the opposite”, CphCulture in Copenhagen wrote about the show and gave it 5 out of 6 stars, while Bergens Tidene in Norway called it “entertaining theatre of high quality”.
Tonight and tomorrow night are the last chances to see this co-production with Danish award-winning repertoire company Mungo Park before the summer.
