JSK CORONA SESSIONS

Two artists meet for the first time. No preparations. Let’s see what happens!

The corona crisis calls for new ways to present art, and we want to continue to engage our world-wide audience. Therefore, we have taken the challenge to create a series with improvised sessions between acclaimed Norwegian dancers, actors and musicians.

With large ambitions in mind, we hope this series become an interesting historical document with a large number of artists and their spontaneous encounters.

The sessions are recorded at Sentralen and Dansens Hus in Oslo, without audience. The production follows the guidance from the Norwegian health authorities to prevent spreading of covid-19. Any income will support the production and artists involved in the project.

This is a co-production with Dansens Hus, Oslo, The National Opera and Ballett and collaboration with long-time partner Millimedia.
