New colleagues in the JSK administration

We are happy to announce the appointment of our new managing director Anne Cecilie Bodin Larsen and project manager Vanessa Storm.

Two of our administrative members of staff, Sunniva Steine and Tine Lund, will soon move on to new exciting opportunities at respectively Dansens Hus and Det Norske Teatret. We have for the past weeks been through an exciting recruiting process, and are happy to say that we received an impressive amount of applications from very qualified applicants for both positions.

Anne Cecilie Bodin Larsen is appointed JSK’s new managing director, starting 1st April.
Anne has a masters degree in Enterprise and Management for the Creative Arts from London University of the Arts, and several years’ experience as producer and project leader within the performing and visual arts and the music business. Recently she has been working for both Ingun Bjørnsgaard Prosjekt and Winterguests/Alan Lucien Øyen. Previous project manager roles include companies as Th ́Line, Haagenschmagen and Berstad/Helgebostad/Wigdel. Anne has also worked as press manager for the music festival Bylarm, as well as being the Scandinavian representative for Leonard Cohen Fine Arts.

Vanessa Storm is JSK’s new project manager. She has a BA in Drama and Theatre production, as well as a one year study in Arts Management. Her experience includes project leader at AKKS, project leader and volunteer manager for the festival Miniøya, as well as production assistent at the Norwegian National Theatre. Vanessa joins the team from mid-March in a half-time position.

Senior project manager Guri Glans and technical coordinator Stephen Rolfe will continue their work with the company, and we are certain that we now have a very competent and reliable team to continue the development of Jo Strømgren Kompani.
